Pilates and Praise

Join us Monday nights for Pilates & Praise—a faith-filled fitness class designed to strengthen both body and spirit. Each week includes a 30–35 minute mat pilates workout followed by a time of devotion and prayer. This free class is open to women ages 18+, and no prior experience is necessary!

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat and a water bottle

  • Bare feet or shoes (no socks)

  • Optional: small weights, ankle weights, booty bands—any light workout enhancements you’d like to incorporate
