At The Naz, everything we do is about relationships. The environments we create exist for one purpose: helping people take their next steps toward Jesus Christ, together.

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and mission-minded individual to serve within our Naz KDZ Elementary Ministry. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where kids feel known, loved, and excited to grow in their faith.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the Children’s Pastor and NextGen team to bring weekly ministry environments to life through preparation, organization, and strong volunteer support. This includes:

• Preparing curriculum materials and classroom environments

• Supporting Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming

• Coordinating and communicating with volunteers

• Recruiting, encouraging, and equipping leaders

• Assisting with special events (including VBS and seasonal experiences)

• Helping create a welcoming, excellent experience for kids and families

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years working with children in a ministry, educational, or similar setting
