Production Director

The Naz Church is seeking a Production Director to lead all audio, video, lighting, and streaming environments across our worship services and events. This role plays a critical part in creating distraction-free, engaging worship experiences where people can fully encounter Jesus.

Position Overview

The Production Director oversees all AVL and streaming systems, ensuring consistency, excellence, and reliability across every environment. This role collaborates closely with the Worship & Creative Arts Director, pastors, and ministry leaders to bring services to life, while building and developing a strong, volunteer-driven production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all audio, video, lighting, and streaming environments for weekly services and events

  • Ensure high-quality, distraction-free production that supports the message of Jesus

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and care for production volunteers

  • Build a healthy, dependable, and growing volunteer team

  • Partner with Worship & Creative Arts and ministry leaders to plan and execute services

  • Utilize tools such as Planning Center to organize and execute service elements

  • Oversee livestream production, ensuring a high-quality online worship experience

  • Maintain, organize, and upgrade AVL systems and production equipment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Collaborate on stage design and environmental elements that enhance worship experiences

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in live sound, video production, lighting design, and broadcast systems

  • Experience in a church or live production environment preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as ProPresenter, lighting consoles, and video switchers

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence and continual improvement

  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ

  • Regular attender and Owner aligned with the vision and mission of The Naz Church
