The Guest Services Coordinator (Fulltime) will build and lead teams that support our church mission, helping people take their next step toward Jesus Christ. This starts by ensuring every person who attends The Naz has a remarkable guest experience. As the Guest Services Coordinator, you are responsible for the first impression of our building during Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and special events. You will work directly with event organizers and promoters to schedule, contract and execute community events, room rentals and concerts. The Coordinator will be the first face of The Naz our guest sees, casting a vision for excellence within the church. This position will oversee the total guest experience and should view events and the building through the lens of a first-time guest. This position reports to our Connections Pastor and will work closely with the Executive Pastor with building use events.
Our ideal candidate has three or more years’ experience working closely with leading people and volunteers. Additionally, the applicant must have a desire to grow personally, be self-motivated and dependable, capable of taking initiative, have a servant’s heart, be flexible, possess excellent written and verbal skills, work well with others, demonstrate strong people skills and a willingness to support the vision and purpose of The Naz. The Naz NextGen ministry seeks two part-time individuals (12 hours per week) to serve and assist us with all aspects of the Birth through Preschool Ministries and Elementary Ministries. The ideal candidates for these openings must possess a multi-faceted skill set as a high capacity leader empowering volunteers, by playing a critical role on the NextGen team and building a healthy environment for our age level ministry/worship experiences. We seek a candidate that is teachable and trainable. This candidate must possess a high level of flexibility including excellent creative problem solving and attention to detail. Open positions include one Early Childhood Assistant and one Elementary Assistant.
