The Naz seeks a full-time individual to serve as the primary shepherd over all aspects of the 5th – 8th grade ministries, including programming and outreach. He/she must possess a multi-faceted skill set as a high capacity leader empowering volunteers, by playing a critical role on the NextGen team and building a healthy environment for our worship experiences. We seek a candidate that is teachable and trainable. This candidate must possess a high level of flexibility including excellent creative problem solving and attention to detail. We desire that a person applying for this position would have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree to have at least three years ministry experience and be district licensed with the eventual goal of ordination.

Reporting directly to the Lead Pastor, the Ministry Executive Assistant provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external connections on all matters pertaining to the Lead Pastor. The Ministry Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive relational efforts; and oversees special projects. The Ministry Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a Christ led, mission-driven, results-driven and fast paced environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment and confidentiality in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.  The Ministry Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Qualified candidates will have proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or similar role, high level knowledge of office procedures, solid experience with office management systems, MS Office, online calendars, cloud systems and Google, experience using office equipment, possesses strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person), experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive organizational information and excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.  The candidate will have a High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Three (3) years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or a similar role is required.

This is a full-time, permanent position. We’re looking for someone who loves CHRIST, loves to help leaders and has a top administrative skill set.

Reporting to the IT Director, the Integration Analyst plans, coordinates, and manages the assimilation and development of software and web applications into the existing computer network. The Integration Analyst must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, end-users, and management, both verbally and in writing. Must balance a self-motivated, independent work ethic with the desire to train and assist others. Organization, prioritization, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are all crucial. Must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Completes a broad variety of tasks for the IT Director including: documenting application installation and how-tos; scheduling upgrades and security audits of all applications; report issues with integrations, installations, and upgrades; track detailed changes of application integration and installation; track application licensing based on user and device usage; report application security procedures and risks of all applications.
